Property Inspection Reports
Clients are invited to the inspection during which verbal comments and responses to concerns are provided. The positive and negative features of the property are presented and a list of suggested repairs and upgrades will be emailed to the client on that night. A comprehensive, professionally-written report of over 40 pages, consisting of colour photos which outline all observations and maintenance recommendations, will be provided on the next working day or later.

Pre-purchase Inspection
Pre-purchase Inspection is an assessment of existing physical conditions for your prospective house. A comprehensive inspection report of over 100 major exterior and interior terms: including Roof/Attic, Exterior/Interior features, Structure/Foundation, Insulation & Ventilation, Electrical, Heating/Cooling, Plumbing/Sanitary and Built-in Appliances.
Pre-listing Inspection
Pre-listing Inspection helps a homeowner identify troublesome areas of a property so that improvements can be made prior to it being listed on the market.
New House Completion Inspection
New House Completion Inspection is an assessment of a newly-completed house. The report will inform the developer or builder of any discovered defects so that they may be rectified before the new owner moves in.
Commercial Property Inspection
Commercial Property Inspection is a general assessment of your current/prospective commercial/industrial property (or any type of non-residential building).
